My entire family loves this place. Incredible value including bread, spumoni ice cream, and salad w your entree. It’s a must when in the Palm Springs palm desert area.
I was so excited to find this restaurant while on a business trip in Palm Springs. They had closed the one near me. Visited with my husband for lunch the week of Labor Day. They did not have a hostess, so it did take about 8-10 minutes for staff to notice we were waiting. Once we were seated, service was flawless. The food was fresh and delicious, just like I remember. Your meal is served with a soup or salad, fresh bread, and wither vanilla ice cream or spumoni. Great value. There is plenty of free parking.
Food: Volume: Service: My order: Spicy Spaghetti Vesuvius 3 wcourse meal for 23, you got the saladbread, the spaghetti and an ice cream. Have to shout out to the great service by the waitress. She was so passionate and considerate. Really listened to our requirements and helped make recommendations and introductions when needed. Her way of communicating just made our day. Such a warm and friendly lady. The taste is pretty good for its price. I finished all of them and only remember to take picture when I got served the ice cream. The volume is more than enough for one person.
Lunch specials are a great price 15.99-19.99 . Regular menu items you receive a free ice cream . Appetizer were hot and fresh . Spinach & Artichoke dip was really fresh and large portion . Sicilian Garlic Cheese bread had enough sauce for dipping . Cesar Salad had a great dressing on it . Lettuce was crisp and croutons were tasty. I ordered the regular portion lasagna which came out piping hot , sauce was robust , plenty of meat and cheese .' Many great meals and great Atmosphere.
My first time eating here . I was very impressed . The hostess to the waitstaff, along with the food was an amazing experience. Having Cheffed for nearly 30 years, I can acknowledge exceptional food when I taste it. I will most definitely be returning and recommend it to anyone who has not already been there. Cheers
Had a great family dinner. Jessie was our server and was very accommodating. This historic place has been beautifully kept and is a great place to bring large parties to dine. Is located in the Gaslamp Quarter and you need to prepare for parking in a nearby area then walking to get to the restaurant. The likelihood of finding a parking spot in front of the restaurant is slim. Made a reservation for our party on the website. This is a child & family friendly place.

I was very surprised with the service on a team dinner we had. Within an hour, we all get served with entry, main plate, and desert on a party of 80 people. The plates were really tasty, and kids and adults got really satisfied. Plenty of parking spaces and very friendly staff here. Highly recommended . Enjoy your visit
